Safety Light Curtains

Senyd safety light curtain is a type of safety device used in industrial settings to protect workers from hazardous machinery. It consists of a transmitter and receiver unit that emit an array of infrared light beams across an opening or perimeter around a machine. If an object or person breaks the beams, the light curtain sends a signal to the machine to stop or slow down, preventing any potential accidents or injuries.Safety light curtains are commonly used in areas where workers need access to machinery or equipment, such as robotic cells, press brakes, or assembly lines. They are designed to detect any intrusion into a specified detection zone and provide a quick response to ensure the safety of personnel. Safety light curtains are an essential safety measure in industrial environments to comply with safety regulations and prevent accidents.

Incremental Rotary Encoder

An incremental encoder produces a series of square waves as it rotates. The number of square wave cycles produced per one turn of the shaft is called the encoder resolution. Generally, incremental encoders provide more resolution at a lower cost than their absolute cousins. They also have a simpler interface because they have fewer output lines.

These encoders are ideal for applications where relative movement is desired. They are available as shafted or hollow shaft (blind and through) in housing sizes from 30mm  to 130mm;

Body Styles:  Shafted |  Through Shaft |  Blind Shaft
